Shipping policy

Please Note: If your order has been shipped or you have already received a notification that your order is complete along with your order’s tracking number, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

It's too big!  Not every item can qualify for this promo because some products are too big or heavy. 

*Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can not qualify for the promotion.

HPT strives to ship all orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time), same business day from  warehouse located in San Fernando, CA.

Most items ship within 1-2 business days. We try to get tracking numbers out when it ships, but sometimes we don’t get the tracking back from my suppliers until after you get the product. Overall time from placing the order to receiving the product is anywhere between 3-7 business days after you place the order depending on where you live.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:  HPT does not ship orders into California at this time because of the requirements under California Proposition 65.
